Access Consciousness The Bars
There are 32 points on the head similar to acupressure points, that when run (touched gently), clear energetic blockages in the brain. What this means, is that thoughts, ideas and concepts that you have gathered from your family, society, the media, etc that are not in alignment with what is true for YOU, will be released. This allows you to choose more easily the things that ARE in alignment with what is true for you. As this happens, life becomes easier! Areas of your life that may feel limited, stuck, or contracted are able to flow and expand.
The list of possible benefits of having your Bars run is limitless! Here’s just a sample:
- Relieves tension in both mind and body
- Creates a lasting feeling of peace and well-being
- Feeling both relaxed and invigorated at the same time
- Quiets the distracting chatter in your head when you are under pressure to perform
- Releases the blocks caused by the build up of anger, frustration and exhaustion where it locks into your body
- Improves your interpersonal relationships by creating a space of allowance for yourself and others
- Improves sleep
- When run on children before tests, it can improve their grades
- Pregnant women report that labor is much shorter and the birthing process is much easier when they have their Bars run regularly
In one class, anyone of any age can learn to run Bars, even young children! Kids age 15 and below attend for free and kids age 16-17 attend at half price when taking the class with a paying adult. A new manual has been created just for younger children too!

Access Consciousness Bars, Body Process, and Energetic Facelift Gifting & Receiving Exchanges
After you take the Bars class, you’ll be able to attend Bars Exchanges with other Bars Practitioners locally and in over 170 countries. You’ll get to meet other cool people ready to embrace change just like you!
Some of the other practitioners present may also be Access Consciousness Body Process Practitioners and/or Access Consciousness Energetic Facelift Practitioners. It may be possible to receive a service for which you’re not yet trained in, and gift Bars in exchange. Ask!
